Undergraduate Research
Learn how data can change a child’s world
Take your first steps into the fascinating world of research, partnered with experienced professionals. You’ll dive into data collected by TBRI® Practitioners and other partners from around the world to perform real behavioral, evaluation and intervention research.
As an undergraduate, you’ll benefit from:
- A four-part introduction to research, with detailed instruction on key skills such as conducting literature reviews and cleaning data
- A biweekly research lab, meeting with our professional research team to learn about research topics and practices, present research findings and share your experiences. Many students go on to write their senior honors thesis on research from the lab.
- Mentorship from professional researchers and graduate students
- The TCU Student Research Symposium, where you’ll have a chance to present your innovative research poster to TCU faculty, staff and students in an interdisciplinary setting
