Kara Applegate conducts Adult Attachment Interviews (AAIs) as part of Trust‑Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner Trainings. With a background in social work and family life education, Kara brings a thoughtful, relational, and trauma‑informed approach to attachment‑focused assessment and professional development. In addition to her work with KPICD, Kara maintains a private therapy practice, supporting individuals and families through relationship‑centered, healing‑focused care.
