Kayla Rabb supports KPICD research projects through data analysis, documentation, and implementation support. She also assists with managing the undergraduate research lab. Kayla’s research interests primarily focus on trauma‑informed systems change and trauma‑informed criminal justice practices, contributing to ongoing research and evaluation efforts at the institute.
